Dennis M. Love was named president and chief executive officer of Printpack Inc., which manufactures flexible and rigid packaging materials used primarily for consumer products, in 1987. He has more than 20 years of experience as a chief executive. Mr. Love also acts as president of Printpak Enterprises Inc. and Printpak Holdings Inc.
Mr. Love currently serves as a director of Oxford Industries Inc. He previously served as a director of Caraustar Industries Inc.
Mr. Love, 55, has been a director of AGL Resources since October 1999.
