Our transfer agent maintains records of registered shareholders (those who hold stock in their name in certificate form or book-entry form in an account with the transfer agent). Our transfer agent also facilitates the transfer of ownership of stock, makes dividend payments, administers our direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment plan (ResourcesDirect) and employee stock purchase plan, communicates tax reporting information that is provided to the Internal Revenue Service and manages unclaimed property and escheatment of funds and stock.

To access your account online – (1) go to www.wellsfargo.com/shareownerservices; (2) click on “shareowner online and click “First Time Visitor Sign Up”; (3) click on “Continue”; and (4) follow the instructions found on the “First Time Visitor Registration” page. When you have successfully signed up, you may be able to access your account immediately. Please note, certain access restrictions may apply.
